Apple Berry Oats w/ Coconut, Flax & Nutmeg Medley

Preparation

  1. Bring water to a simmer in a pot on the stove

  2. Add oats

  3. Mash the banana into the oats with a fork

  4. Add in sweetener of choice

  5. Pour in plant milk & cook until desired thickness has been reached

  6. Transfer to a bowl

  7. Top with sliced apples, berries and prepared medley

  8. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cups Water

  • 2/3 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

  • 1 mashed Banana

  • 2 tsp sweetener of choice

  • 2/3 Cup Plant Milk

  • ¼ cup chopped Apple

  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries

Medley:

  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes

  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax

  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg

  • Cinnamon (optional)
